Arbonhaus, the first home built at the beautiful Neolithic village of Arbon Bleiche on Lake Constance, was deliberately destroyed to make room for a wintertime animal pen. It seems that the smell of smoke after last year’s fire caused some people with allergies to complain. Or maybe it was due to a “domestic” animal dispute.
