Transliteration: And made The God the [wild beasts] [of the] earth [according to] type and the cattle [according to] their type and all the reptiles [of the] earth [according to] type. And beheld The God that [it was good].

Transliteration: And made God the beasts of the earth according to their kind livestock and creeping thing and beast of the earth according to their kind and it was so. And saw God that [it was good].

Genesis 1:25 in English (KJV):

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

“And God made” does not mean life was introduced at this specific time, comparable to Genesis 1:21.
