Transliteration: And blessed them The God saying Grow and multiply and fill the earth and dominate it and control the fishes [of the] sea and the [winged creatures] [of the] heaven and all the cattle and all [of the] earth and all [of the] reptiles [of the ones] crawling upon the earth.

Transliteration: And blessed them God and said to them God Be fruitful and multiply and replenish – the earth and subdue and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves on the earth.

Genesis 1:28 in English (KJV):

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Commentary:

God intended man to rule over the lower animals and be the dominant species on the planet. “Replenish” should be translated “and fill” or something similar since we are talking about the first human beings.
