Transliteration: And said God, Let bring forth abundantly the waters the moving creature that has life and birds [that] may fly above the earth in the open firmament of the heavens.

Genesis 1:20 in English (KJV):

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
